booking and cancellation Policy
General Conditions:
* Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport
rates, Government taxes or entrance fees.
* We can hold booking after receiving 20% booking amount in advance or as per our payments
/ Hotel Cancellation policy.
* International check-in time is 14:00 to 15:00 hours and check out time is 11:00 to 12:00
hours
* The rates above are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times
* A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a
mattress/rollaway bed.
* The total cost of the package includes 5.0% of the package cost towards service tax
* The rates are valid for Indian national residing in India only
* An internet convenience fee on the total transaction value shall be charged for transactions
made using credit or debit cards.
* Any amendments in Air tickets like Date Change, Name Change, Change in timings or airlines
will lead to penalty as per Airlines policy.
* Flight tickets are not blocked at the time of sharing the quote and rates may vary at the time
of actual booking (post receiving advance payment), difference in amount will be borne by
customer.
* Entrance, Activity, Museum charges etc are not included in package unless specifically stated
in Inclusions section.
* Transportation/Car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on
disposal basis.
* In case of natural calamities and force majeure circumstances which lead to change in
itinerary, change in hotel and other services the customer will have to bear the cost.
* Car service will not be provided on leisure days/free days.
* If your flights involve a combination of different airlines we will not be held responsible in
case of any missing/cancellation or any other changes from airlines end.
* Final handover of Hotel vouchers / Air tickets / passport etc will be done only upon receiving
full and final payment.
* We reserve the right to provide an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equivalent or
higher standard as compared to the actual booking. In the event that we source an
alternative of higher standard or cost, we reserve the right to re - quote the booking amount
based on higher rates.
* Seat -in - coach transfers are on fixed timings.
* No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service
* All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies
* For customized / FIT (Free Individual Travel) package, the cost is calculated on lowest class
air fare. Airline seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and any
increase in air fare or airport taxes will be borne by the client.
* Any customized or recommended tour itinerary posted on the website is only a tentative
proposal outline of holiday. We are not holding any confirmed hotel reservations for your
travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. Weekend or other surcharges may be applicable over and above the package cost for the
requested period. We will inform you of any change in prices and only after your
confirmation, proceed with booking.
* Travel Heights can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers, granting
of Visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy, if Visa is rejected by the Embassy on account of
missing documents or other reasons then Travel Heights is not liable to give any refund and
respective cancellation policies will apply
* Grant of visa is discretionary on the relevant embassy/ regulatory authority. Company will
only act as a facilitator of visa formalities and shall not be held liable in any manner for the
grant, objection or rejection of visa for any reason. In the event that you have applied for
visa facilitation by the Company and the visa is rejected or not entertained by the embassy
for any reasons whatsoever, the amount charged for such facilitation by the Company (if
any) shall stand forfeited and the fee or any other charges deposited with the embassy shall
under no circumstances be refunded. Such forfeiture is in addition to any other deductions
that the Company is entitled to make under its cancellation policy. The timings and days of
operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking
or handover of vouchers.
* The Company shall be entitled to forfeit the non-refundable amount paid by the client to the
company. In the event the client cancels the booking or on failure on the part of the client to
adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation check-list or in the
event the visa of any country is not granted OR unable to travel on the tour booked by the
client due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-
refundable amount shall stand forfeited as per ‘Cancellation Policy’ stipulated hereinabove.
* The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated
at the time of booking or handover of vouchers.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Any additional liability incurred by Travel Heights on account of advance payments to
vendors will be collected in excess of the aforementioned booking amount. The flights
booked as part of this holiday package are non-refundable and no refund shall be made
upon cancellation.
*After Returning back from the trip passenger can only demand for any refund amount within
30 days, If passenger came back to us after 30 days from returning back to India then No
refund will be initiated by the Travel Heights.!!
Payment Policy:
Booking Procedure
1. (Booking Hold Amount) PAY INR 20, 000 or 20 % of the total amount which is higher
In order to process the booking, we would need INR 20, 000 / or 20 % of the total amount as token
amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway.
For Flight booking we need full payment of flight or in some case we can issue the flights with
cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 days only in that case in which customer
buying full package from us.2. Booking Confirmation Amount: (PAY 30% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT)
After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email /
Phone, Then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days
through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.
If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full
refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.
3. Full Balance Amount (30 days before Travel)
Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it
depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged
immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.
4. Invoice and Vouchers
Your total Bill Receipt & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are
normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.
Cancellation Policy:
Timeline for Cancellations Cancellation Charges
* From booking date up to 30 days from date Booking amount + Visa charges + Cruise
of departure of the Tour amount (if applicable)+ Flights if Non- Refundable+20% of land
* From 30 days to 20 days from date of 50% of the total Tour cost
departure of the Tour
* 15 days or less from date of departure of the 100% of the total tour cost
tour
● If the participant is not able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price
of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the organizers, or should he not be able to
complete the tour, he / she has no right to claim a refund
● All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation/ground transportation etc. for tours
are pre-booked. If Customer books a third party product or services like Cruise/ Eurail , the Terms
and Conditions and cancellation policy of such third party would be applicable in addition to theOperator Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of tour/services has to be communicated in
writing, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation.
● The operator is still liable to pay to all suppliers/vendors the agreed charges including penalties
if these services are released/canceled within the above mentioned time frame.
● If circumstances force Customer to cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to
Operator in writing. All cancellations will attract cancellation Charges as mentioned in payment
procedure above.
● Note: In addition to the above booking policy, for Individual/FIT booking the following is
applicable:
● The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the
travel date, the destination like Maldives, Hong Kong etc., the package and the services booked and
paid for.
● For dynamic properties like Marina Bay Sands / Atlantis / Venetian etc. and Reconfirmed
Bookings, the above cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.
● For Air tickets being issued: Full INR component has to be collected before issuance, else price
will be subject to change.
● regarding cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations,
irrespective of time of cancellation.
REFUNDS
* There is no refund payable for any utilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets,
Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.).
* If a tour is canceled by the Operator, then all payment will be refunded after taking into
consideration the actual expenses incurred E.g. Visas, etc.
* Operator reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the quantum of refund
payable, if any, in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis
Major. In this respect, the Operator may take into account cancellation policies of and
charges levied by independent contractor Irrespective of the currency of payment which
was made to Operator. The refund, if any shall be made only in Indian rupees (INR) at the
prevailing rate of exchange on the date of refund as per applicable laws, rules, and
regulations.
* Refunds, if any, shall be processed within a minimum period of 30 days of
cancellation/termination.
* Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the Operator be liable to refund the non-
refundable interest free deposit whether the booking gets cancelled due to failure of
customer to make payment as required or Customer cancels the booking due to his inability
to join the tour as per schedule or avail of the services in whole or in part for whatsoever
reason including absence of valid documents, medical grounds or death.
* The Customer understands and agrees that there shall be no refund if he does not utilize any
service included in the Tour Cost or paid for like meals, rooms, entry tickets, excursions, etc.
nor can any refund be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or voucher.
